Where do you manufacture your jewelry? 

All of our jewelry is designed and  made in South Korea.

 

I haven’t received my package, what do I do?

If the tracking link states that your order has been delivered, but in fact it hasn't, please contact us at contact@banjjak-jewelry.com. In the email, please state your order number, full name and your tracking number. We will then start an investigation with our shipping carrier and keep you updated during the process. 

 

I received a damaged or defective product, what do I do? 

If you have received a damaged or defect product, please contact us at contact@banjjak-jewelry.com with your order number, a description and photos of the defect, without this information the complaint will not be processed. 

 

What's your warranty policy and do you repair the jewelry?

Banjjak Jewelry grants a one (1) month warranty period on its jewelry. The warranties guarantee the buyer that the products meet the standards of usability, reliability and durability. The warranties only apply to products that are bought on our website www.banjjak-jewelry.com or in our popup stores. 

The warranties do not apply in case of: theft or loss; intentional damage; damages as a result of improper usage such as scratching, bumping or falling; normal wear and tear or aging of the used materials; or damages as a result of neglected care.

 

How can I repair my product myself?

Sometimes the pin of the earring can bend due to the many times it is taken in and out of your ear.  You can slightly bend this with a small pair of pincers or the tip of your nail so the pin will click easily back into the notch of the ring. 

 

How can I claim using the warranty? 

If you believe the damage or defect is covered by warranty, please contact us at contact@banjjak-jewelry.com including proof of purchase, a description and photos of the problem. Our Customer support team will decide if the problem is covered by warranty and contact you about a rightful solution. 

 

The product is sold out, what do I do?

In order to bring you the latest trends from Seoul, most of our jewelry styles are with limited availability. 

If a Banjjak Jewelry product is out of stock, we will mention it in our webshop on the product page. If you would like to know if it will be restocked again, please subscribe to our newsletter and follow our Instagram account @banjjak_jewelry for ‘back in stock updates’.

 

I don’t live in EU countries, but I would like to buy your jewelry. What can I do? 

Currently, we only deliver within EU countries. For international purchasing, please contact us at contact@banjjak.eu with your enquiry and we will get back to you with the information of delivery cost and potential tax.
